1) Individual FEPSAC members must provide proof of the membership for the year 2011 when submitting his/her form and payment (bank or Paypal receipt of the payment).

2) Delegate of a FEPSAC group member must provide proof of status when submitting their form and payment (official letter from his/her national society).

3) Full-time students MUST provide proof of status when submitting their registration form and payment (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).

4) For participants from less developed countries.

5) Includes opening ceremony cocktail reception and social programme.

For all delegates, the congress fee includes opening ceremony, cocktail reception, coffee-breaks, congress materials, congress excursion (social programme) and scientific programme.
Please note that participating in the closing banquette will imply a separate payment for all participants (more information soon).
